Grass Fed Sirloin Steak from our own pedigree South Devon suckler herd. A well marbled steak, with a juicy texture and a generous swathe of sweetly flavoured fat. 
 
Steaks are sold in packages of 2 at 8-10oz each weighing approximately 500g a package. Price based per kilogram. 
All meat is hung on the bone for four weeks to develop a wonderfully rounded depth of flavour.
